How the Electron Proxy handles on the course:
- Straight Flight: Known for its neutral flight, the Proxy holds the angle you put it on with very little fade, making it ideal for straight putts and controlled approach shots.
- Clean Releases: The shallow, low-profile feel fits perfectly in the hand, promoting confident execution and a smooth release every time.
- Beats In Beautifully: Over time, the baseline Electron plastic will season into a highly workable, understable throwing putter that excels at panning turnovers.
The Electron Plastic Advantage (Soft, Medium & Firm)
Electron plastic is MVP and Axiom's baseline blend, engineered specifically for putting. It provides exceptional grip that performs well in all weather conditions, ensuring you never slip on a critical putt. The Proxy is available in three distinct flexes so you can dial in your preferred feel:
- Electron Soft: Offers more flexibility and grab. Ideal for cold weather, touch players, or those who want a putter that easily absorbs chain impacts to reduce spit-outs.
- Electron Medium: Provides a perfectly balanced feel. Stiff enough for clean push putts and off-the-tee drives, but with enough give for a confident thumb grip.
- Electron Firm: Gives a stiffer release for players who prefer a highly rigid putter. Excellent for hot weather and power throwers looking for maximum torque resistance off the tee.
